Mission

Founded in August 2011, WV NORML's mission is to educate West Virginians about the benefits of cannabis for medicinal and industrial use; the relative safety of adult recreational use; and the harms caused by prohibition; so as to sufficiently move public opinion and achieve the repeal of cannabis prohibition so the benefits of cannabis can be realized by all.
